Thomas Schmuck advises on corporate mergers & acquisitions with a particular emphasis on transactions involving the IT and media and advertising sectors as well as financial institutions. He has advised on numerous cross-border and domestic company acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, including a number of headline-deals.
His clients include German and foreign banks, holding companies and listed as well as privately held service and production entities.
Prior to joining Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Thomas Schmuck had been with another leading international law firm, since 2000 as an equity partner.
