Adrienne Mundy-Shephard is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Group. She has represented clients in a wide range of substantive matters in federal, including disputes involving allegations of breach of contract and fraud, and in criminal and civil government investigations. Ms. Mundy-Shephard also has an active pro bono practice, and has been involved in a variety of pro bono litigation matters, including successfully representing the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in a voting rights challenge.
Representative Matters

Represented the nation's leading provider of pharmaceutical care to residents of long term care facilities in criminal and civil investigations by multiple United States Attorneys Offices and state attorneys general; and

Represented large international bank in suits throughout the country alleging fraud, violations of Rule 10(b)(5), breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices and consumer protection violations arising out of investment strategies.
