Our office now consists of 65 professionals both in Frankfurt and the German desk in London who advise national and international clients. The Frankfurt team continues to grow. Therefore, we are seeking excellent junior lawyers who are open to the challenges of an internationally operating partnership and willing to perform outstanding work.

Spring School: "Company Law in Legal Practice"

The Institute for Law and Finance, Frankfurt am Main, in cooperation with Dewey & LeBoeuf and other legal firms, will be offering a spring school on the topic "Company Law in Legal Practice" from the 3rd to the 11th of April 2008. This spring school will provide a comprehensive insight into important topics relating to company law in the legal practice.

Topics include:
  • Incorporation / Joint Ventures
  • Capital procurement, corporate action and maintenance of capital
  • Course and arrangement of the general meeting with decision law and decision challenge
  • Corporate Governance
  • Commutation law and commutation tax law
  • M&A transactions
  • Group law

The course addresses highly qualified young jurists before their career entry with distinctive economical understanding and special interest in company law.
