Philipp von Ilberg advises on capital markets law transactions. He represents public and private issuers, underwriters, placing agents, selling shareholders, trustees and depositaries in equity and debt offerings. His experience includes initial public offerings, private placements, capital increases and rights offerings. In addition, he advises on the structuring and offering of equity-linked products and public takeovers and offers general German corporate and securities law advice to corporate clients.

Philipp von Ilberg also has significant experience in cross-border and domestic leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. He principally represents leading global financial institutions and private equity investors. His experience includes senior and mezzanine acquisition and leveraged finance, including bridge facilities, structured financings, real estate financing, corporate acquisitions and disposals and other banking and restructuring matters.

JUVE's Yearbook 2010/2011 describes Mr. von Ilberg as a "frequently recommended lawyer" in banking and capital markets.
