We offer our Referendare and interns the opportunity to participate in a variety of internal and external training programs. Through DLU (Dewey & LeBoeuf University), we promote and support continuing education for all our lawyers and tax advisers. We offer in-house seminars on subjects such as balancing analysis, client relationship management and business development. A select number of Referendare can gain international experience in other Dewey & LeBoeuf offices, with London and New York being popular choices.
