We value the diverse experience of our attorneys. When we take on a matter, we take a team approach, bringing together the knowledge, backgrounds and skills of each individual, because we value the innovation and creativity generated by differing views and perspectives.

Dewey & LeBoeuf is working hard to attract, retain and advance people from all backgrounds while creating an environment in which everyone is valued and respected. We work toward our goal of being an employer of choice by establishing affinity groups for attorneys and staff, partnering with law school affinity groups, hosting diversity programs and events, and sponsoring initiatives for future attorneys from pipeline programs.
