Mentoring

 Connections

The firm encourages mentoring in all of its forms
and acknowledges that some of the best mentoring
can happen informally, when attorneys work
together on a case or a deal or on one of the firm's
many committees.

To ensure that associates get the proper guidance
from the start, there is a formal mentoring program
called Connections. When you arrive as a first-year
associate, you will be matched one-on-one with an
associate mentor and a partner mentor group. After
your first-year, the firm allows you to continue on in
your current mentoring relationships or to opt for a
fresh start with new mentors of your choosing.

The firm bolsters these mentoring relationships by
providing a mentoring budget for each pairing and
by hosting mentoring events throughout the year.
