LeBoeuf Lamb Appoints New Head of Russia / CIS Dispute Resolution Practice in Moscow
(Moscow, 12 September 2007) — LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP announces that Sergei Volfson will be joining the firm's Moscow office as counsel and head of the LeBoeuf Lamb Russia/CIS dispute resolution practice on 1 October 2007.
Sergei is a dispute resolution expert with over fourteen years experience in Russia. His practice has included a wide range of complex litigation and arbitration both in Russia and internationally, including corporate, commercial, insurance, tax and competition disputes, defense of product liability claims, employment disputes and defamation. Sergei has also represented clients in connection with numerous administrative and criminal investigation proceedings.
Sergei is a Russian qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in Moscow and has acted for Russian clients as well as US and European-listed multinationals for many years. He joins LeBoeuf Lamb from CMS Cameron McKenna's Moscow office.
