Paul Victor Selected as Non-Governmental Advisor by the DOJ and FTC
The Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission have selected Paul Victor to act as non-governmental advisor (NGA) to the US delegation at the International Competition Network's (ICN) Annual Conference in Zurich. Victor was one of 12 individuals selected from the private sector.
The conference, which takes place in June, provides an informal platform for over 100 governments around the world to discuss best practices in antitrust enforcement. As an NGA, Paul will provide his input on procedural and substantive convergence in antitrust enforcement from the perspective of the private sector. The ICN is comprised of the top competition law enforcers from countries around the world and meets annually in an effort to improve antitrust enforcement among the different jurisdictions.
