In re Microsoft Corp.

On January 5, 2011, the Federal Circuit per curiam made precedential its November 8, 2010 nonprecedential order directing the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to transfer Allvoice’s suit alleging that Microsoft infringed U.S. Patent No. 5,799,273, which related to speech recognition software, to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
