Howard Adler

Howard Adler is a partner and the co-chair of the Compensation, Benefits and Employment Department. His principal areas of practice include executive compensation, employee benefits, ERISA, and qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Mr. Adler has extensive experience in the employee benefits and executive compensations aspects of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, reorganizations and financing transactions. He has advised on benefits issues in bankruptcies and reorganizations, and has a thorough understanding of securities law compliance.
