Daniel S. Brown

Senior Counsel

Daniel Brown practices in the areas of corporate finance, corporate trust, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. He regularly represents clients in the energy sector in asset, stock, and joint-venture transactions. Mr. Brown has recently worked on the development and acquisition of several renewable energy projects and has extensive experience working with both regulated utilities and unregulated energy marketers on transactional matters.

In addition, Mr. Brown regularly represents issuers, underwriters and indenture trustees regarding finance and securities matters including securities offerings, private placements, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 filings advises public companies on corporate governance matters and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
