Molly M. Donovan

Associate

Molly Donovan is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. She advises on complex commercial litigation, involving contract and labor issues. Much of Ms. Donovan's practice involves sports-related litigation. She regularly represents the National Football League Players Association in matters ranging from licensing issues to disciplinary issues involving NFLPA Contract Advisors. Ms. Donovan also has experience representing NBA players, as well as professional sports agents.

Ms. Donovan also represents a special needs student challenging the Department of Education's refusal to pay his tuition to attend private school.
