Morgan Holtman is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Dewey & LeBoeuf. Her practice includes transactional tax planning for, and tax controversy representation of, domestic and international corporations, partnerships and other entities in a variety of contexts, including partnership and corporate acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, financings and private equity. Her experience includes partnership tax, tax accounting, and taxation of financial instruments and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Holtman was a senior manager in the Washington National Tax practice of KPMG LLP.
