Nina Henrietta Jenkins-Johnston

Nina Jenkins-Johnston is an associate in the Energy Regulatory Department, resident in the Washington, DC office. She graduated in 2007 from Cornell Law School where she was an editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy as well as the Legal Information Institute. She received an A.B. with honors from Princeton University in 2004. Nina is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is proficient in French.
Ms. Jenkins-Johnston's practice includes representing natural gas pipelines and storage providers and electric utilities in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She was a contributing author to chapters on regulation of local distribution companies as gas sellers and storage service providers as well as to the chapter on FERC enforcement in The AGA FERC Manual: A Guide for Local Distribution Companies.
Ms. Jenkins-Johnston also has experience managing trademark litigation for a major Washington, DC-based trade association and participating in white collar investigations.
