Aaron C. Lang

Associate

Aaron Lang practices complex civil litigation with a focus on securities litigation. He has experience in a wide range of matters in federal and state courts and agencies, including disputes involving allegations of securities fraud, breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent transfer, restraint of trade, conspiracy and racketeering, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, and other business torts. He has also assisted with practice group development, studying such issues as the effects of the 2007 credit market crisis on disputes over material adverse change clauses in merger and acquisition agreements. Mr. Lang has represented numerous pro bono clients, including prisoners appealing adverse judgments and aggrieved neighbors of a police precinct that closed off surrounding streets after the September 11th terrorist attacks.
