Artyom Linnik

Associate

Art Linnik is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Dewey & LeBoeuf. His practice involves advising domestic and international corporations, partnerships and other entities on a wide range of federal income tax matters, including tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other divestitures, corporate restructurings, financing transactions and other business tax issues. In addition, Mr. Linnik has experience with complex tax litigation and controversy matters, including representation of the firm's clients before the Examination and Appeals divisions of the IRS.

Prior to joining Dewey & LeBoeuf, Mr. Linnik was a CPA with a national accounting firm where he advised clients on structuring and tax aspects of real estate transactions.
