Raya C. Salter
Associate
Raya Salter is an associate in the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and is a member of the Corporate Finance Practice Group, the Leveraged Finance Practice Group and the Energy Regulatory Practice Group.
Ms. Salter's practice focuses on representing lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with domestic and international lending transactions. Ms. Salter's experience includes senior secured credit facilities, first and second lien credit facilities, and asset-based facilities. Ms. Salter also has experience advising clients in the energy sector with respect to the purchase and sale of energy assets, participation in organized electric markets and the interstate transmission of electric energy.
