Condominiums and Cooperatives
We have multi-national experience in advising clients in the development, operation and conversion of large scale residential and multi-use properties. We have the leading condominium and multi-family housing practice in New York and have advised developers of multi-family, hotel and retirement properties through the United States. We also regularly advise local, state and federal officials on housing-related issues and have advised government agencies in Russia, Poland, Japan and China on privatizing government owned housing.
