Dewey & LeBoeuf will participate in PLI's Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2010 on September 21st at the PLI New York Center. Washington, DC partner Lyle Roberts will serve as the seminar's co-chair and will moderate panels on "Today's Securities Litigation Frontier- Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives" and "Government Initiatives and Perspectives/How to Deal Effectively with the Government." New York partner Richard Reinthaler will speak on a panel discussing Corporate Governance Litigation.
