Warsaw Office Shortlisted for the Chambers Europe Award for Excellence 2009

The Warsaw office of Dewey & LeBoeuf has been shortlisted for the "Award for Excellence" in the Chambers Europe Awards 2009.

In 2008, the Warsaw office was recognized as the best international law firm in Poland in the prestigious European ranking of law firms – Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2008 at an awards ceremony in Spain. Last year was the first year that the award was given to law firms in Poland. Dewey & LeBoeuf Warsaw lawyers were particularly recognized in five practice areas: M&A, Capital Markets, Tax, Private Equity, and Banking and Finance.

The awards reward outstanding firms on the basis of research carried out for Chambers Europe 2009. These awards reflect a law firm’s pre-eminence in key practice areas. They also reflect notable achievements over the past 12 months, including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service. The 2009 awards ceremony will be in April 2009 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
