Margin Squeeze

A recent judgment by the Italian administrative supreme court (Consiglio di Stato) – Consiglio di Stato, Sez VI, n 2438/2011 of 20 April 2011, Telecom Italia v AGCM – addressed the issue of margin squeeze along the same lines as the judgments of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in the case of Deutsche Telekom AG v European Commission (14 October 2010 - Case C-280/08) and the subsequent TeliaSonera decision (Case C-52/09).
