Our firm's leadership believes in the philosophy that if individuals love what they do and are happy at work, they will naturally adopt an attitude of ownership and excellence. In support of this belief, the firm places a strong focus on engagement, training and mentorship. We believe that through these efforts, Dewey & LeBoeuf will be better equipped to address the retention challenges law firms face today. 

Over the past two years, we have sponsored the following training programs:
  • Diversity Workshop Sessions
  • Performance Assessment
  • Mentor Training
  • Interview Training

Recognizing the need to strengthen diversity at the partnership level, Dewey & LeBoeuf's Diversity Committee created a promotion subcommittee comprised of partners whose focus is ensuring that  diverse attorneys have every opportunity to achieve their full potential, including the potential for attaining partnership at the firm. Through training, mentoring and other initiatives, the subcommittee works diligently to help increase the number of diverse attorneys considered for partnership.
