Nine New Attorneys for Dewey & LeBoeuf Italian Practice

Milan, (January 16, 2008) - Dewey & LeBoeuf Studio Legale is pleased to announce that nine lawyers have joined the firm: Alberto Croze, of counsel; partners Sergio Sambri and Francesco Cartolano and six associates.

Alberto Croze is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Italy, and has 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration matters, with an emphasis on the international sector. He will be of counsel in the Milan office. Croze was formerly with Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners, where he was a senior attorney in the litigation department, and he was previously a partner with the Law Firm of McDermott Carnelutti.

Sergio Sambri, specializing in administrative law and project finance matters with particular emphasis in the energy and infrastructure sectors, will be a partner in the Milan office. Mr. Sambri was formerly with Paul Hastings.

Francesco Cartolano, specializing in corporate and commercial matters, will be a local partner; dividing his time between the Rome and Milan offices. He has in-depth experience in M&A, with an expertise in private equity and venture capital matters. Cartolano was formerly a partner with Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti & Associati.
