Dewey & LeBoeuf Advises on Project Finance International's European Petrochemical Deal of the Year 2011
(MOSCOW – December 28, 2011) - The firm has advised on one of Project Finance International magazine's 2011 European deals of the year, representing Sberbank in the European Petrochemical Deal of the Year.
In June 2011, the firm advised Sberbank on its €150 million financing, as part of a group of international banks, of the construction by RusVinyl of the largest integrated polyvinylchloride plant in Russia. The other banks, providing a total of €750 million of financing, included the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, BNP Paribas, ING Bank and HSBC.
