John P. Keiserman Partner 

John P. Keiserman is a partner in the Structured Finance Group. He regularly represents issuers, underwriters and monoline insurers on asset-backed and mortgage-backed transactions with an emphasis on automobile loan, dealer floorplan receivable, mortgage loan, and HELOC securitizations and warehouses. John has also represented monoline insurers and collateral managers on market value, cashflow and synthetic CDOs, issuers on franchise loan securitizations, and issuers and underwriters on numerous Latin American diversified payment rights securitizations.
