Patrick A. MacMurray Associate 

Patrick MacMurray is an associate in the Structured Finance and Capital Markets Groups. He has experience acting as issuer's counsel and underwriters' counsel in a variety of structured finance and capital markets transactions, particularly in emerging markets. These have involved both registered and unregistered securities offerings, including securitizations, taxable and tax-exempt, debt, equity, "hybrid," first mortgage bond, collateral trust bond and senior note offerings, as well as various tender offers, exchange offers and tender/consent solicitations.

Mr. MacMurray has also advised companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including continuing advice regarding compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and other aspects of corporate governance.
