Vincent Davitt handles civil lawsuits and arbitrations, including complex insurance and commercial disputes. Mr. Davitt has represented insurers in a wide variety of coverage and bad-faith lawsuits and arbitrations, including first-party coverage disputes involving property, health, and professional sports and other disability claims, and third-party coverage disputes involving general liability, professional liability, construction and environmental claims. In the commercial litigation area, Mr. Davitt has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters at the trial and appellate levels. He is a graduate of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Under the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Trial Attorney Project, he acted as a Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Mr. Davitt has also participated in various criminal appellate projects, where he has represented indigent defendants on appeals.
