Leading Capital Markets Partners Join LeBoeuf Lamb's London Office

(London, January 17, 2007) - LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae announces that two capital markets partners have joined its London office, bringing the number of partners based there to 33.  The partners joining LeBoeuf Lamb are Camille Abousleiman and Louise Roman Bernstein.  Both were previously with Dewey Ballantine.

Camille Abousleiman and Louise Roman Bernstein advise on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including all aspects of equity and debt offerings, as well as corporate finance matters.  Their practice has a strong focus on the emerging markets, in particular the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the CIS.

Camille Abousleiman, who will be heading capital markets in the London office, was nominated for 'Partner of the Year' at The Lawyer Awards 2006.  They won 'Equity Capital Markets Team of the Year' and 'Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year' at IFLR's Middle East Awards 2006.
