LeBoeuf Lamb London Grows Capital Markets Practice with New Partner
(London, May 1, 2007) — LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae announces that Federico Salinas has joined the firm as a partner and will be based in its London office. Federico is a capital and emerging markets specialist.
Federico represents issuers and investment banks in connection with global offerings of equity and debt securities, including global depositary receipts and investment grade and high yield bonds. In the last few years, his principal focus has been Middle Eastern and Eastern European securities offerings typically involving dual listings, including high profile transactions such as Telecom Egypt's privatisation.
Qualified as an US and English lawyer, Federico has worked in London and New York. He joins LeBoeuf Lamb from Baker & McKenzie LLP.
