Dewey & LeBoeuf Advises Omega Insurance Holdings Limited on Its £130 Million Placing

(London - February 5, 2009) - Dewey & LeBoeuf acted for Omega Insurance Holdings Limited, a Bermudian insurance and reinsurance group, in its £130 million placing of common shares which were admitted to trading on AIM on January 30, 2009, resulting in a post-placing market capitalisation of approximately £336 million.

Cenkos Securities plc and Numis Securities Limited acted as joint-brokers to the placing.
